DISTURBANCE AT VANCOUVER'S "WATERWORKS" PARK.

On 04-20-13, at approximately 6:02 pm, multiple Vancouver Police units responded to "Waterworks" park ( commonly known as "Skate" park ), located at Fourth Plain Blvd and Fort Vancouver Way in West Vancouver area. Units were responding to a radio call of an assault involving weapons.
Upon arrival, officers contacted several individuals who were potentially involved in this incident. Investigation revealed that there were at least two altercations involved within few minutes of each other at same general location in the park. At least two individuals received some injuries, which were minor in nature.
Two males, one adult and one juvenile, were subsequently arrested on various charges related to this incident.
As of time of this writing, above incident is still under active investigation and Vancouver Police Department is unable to release any more information.
We are requesting for anyone else involved in above incident who was not yet contacted by authorities, to call "911" in order to provide a statement.
