Search warrant served on residence 514 NE 85th Circle
Members of the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT team assisted Major Crime detectives early this morning with the service of a search warrant at 514 NE 85th Circle in Hazel Dell. The focus of the warrant was for the collection of evidence and the recovery of stolen property associated with the homicide case of Matt Clark. Case 12-13688
SWAT team members made entry about 05:30 Hrs and checked the interior. No one was located inside. SWAT teams were used as a precautionary measure due to the risk of potential danger to investigators and surrounding neighbors.
MCU detectives processed the residence and collected a number of items of potential evidence and also seized a small quantity of controlled substance. No items of stolen property were recovered from the residence. There are no outstanding persons of interest in this case. No further information or particulars on the items seized and collected will be released at this time.
