ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: A crash involving a semi truck and passenger vehicle is blocking all lanes of I-5 northbound at milepost 191 in Eugene. The left hand lane of I-5 southbound is also blocked. A detour will take northbound motorists off at exit 139 (30th Ave.) and onto Old Franklin Blvd., then back on I-5 at the Glenwood Ave. on-ramp. Motorists should avoid the area or expect delays.
