ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: A crash involving a semi truck and passenger vehicle is blocking all lanes of I-5 northbound at milepost 191 in Eugene. The left hand lane of I-5 southbound is also blocked. A detour is being established. Motorists should avoid the area or expect delays.
