On Thursday, October 29, 2015, at 0300, disaster response volunteers responded to a residential fire that occurred on 10/29/2015 in the 800 block of NE 69th, Portland, Oregon.
The single-family fire affected 4 adults. There was one fatality. Red Cross provided information about recovery services and disaster health and/or disaster mental health services.
