The incident occurred at 3:03 p.m at 47580 nw sunset hwy, Banks. The suspect is 60-year-old Joseph Bossen who lives at the same address. He fired a gun at his adult step-son, who was not injured.
Mr. Bossen was arrested when he came out of his house and he was not injured. He did however suffer a medical problem and was transported to the hospital and was admitted for the problem. He is expected to recover. He has not ben arrested yet, but faces criminal charges when he is released from the hospital.
