On the Afternoon of 4/5/2015 Sierra Harper was located by Oregon City Police Department Officers unharmed at an address in Portland and taken into protective custody. Sierra was reunited with her family and is no longer considered missing.
On 4/2/15 the Oregon City Police Department received a report of a missing juvenile. The Mother of 16 year-old Sierra Harper, reported that when she left for work that morning, Sierra was preparing to go to school. When she returned home from work at around 4:00 pm, Sierra was not home. She later learned that Sierra had not made it to school that day. According to family, Sierra has never run away from home before. Sierra is 5 foot 9 inches tall, 130 pounds with dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to call Clackamas County non-emergency dispatch 503-655-8211. You may remain anonymous.
