On 4/2/15 the Oregon City Police Department received a report of a missing juvenile. The Mother of 16 year-old Sierra Harper, reported that when she left for work that morning, Sierra was preparing to go to school. When she returned home from work at around 4:00 pm, Sierra was not home. She later learned that Sierra had not made it to school that day. According to family, Sierra has never run away f rom home before. Sierra is 5 foot 9 inches tall, 130 pounds with dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to call Clackamas County non-emergency dispatch 503-655-8211. You may remain anonymous.
