The Oregon Red Cross is assisting 17 people after two weekend multi-family fires.
Five adults and five childeren are receiving immediate emergency assistance after an Oct. 5 fire in the 32000 block of Latham Road in Cottage Grove, Lane County.
The Red Cross provided food, clothing, lodging, comfort kit, disaster health services, and information about disaster mental health services.
Seven adults are receiving immediate emergency assistance following an Oct. 4 fire in the 2700 block of NE 27th Street in Gresham, Multnomah County.
The Red Cross provided food, clothing, lodging, comfort kit, disaster mental health services, and information about disaster health services.
