At this time no charges are being filed against Alexey Voronenko in relation to this case.Vancouver Police detectives are continuing their investigation. No additional information is available.

Early this morning, Deputies from the Hood County Sheriff's Office spotted Alexey's vehicle and located both Andrey and Alexey in a campground outside of Hood River. Both are safe.
Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department are in Hood River and are continuing the investigation.
Nothing further is available at this time and additional information will be released once it becomes available.

Vancouver, Wash. - On October 14, 2014, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Vancouver Police issued an Amber Alert in an attempt to locate Andrey Voronenko, 10. Andrey's father, Alexey Voronenko, 38, picked him up from Mill Plain Elementary School in Vancouver, Wa around 2:30 p.m., Alexey Voronenko had previously been in jail in Texas for domestic violence and Andrey's mother fled with Andrey to Vancouver while Alexey was in jail.
Alexey has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and it is unknown if he uses drugs. Vancouver Police have concern for Andrey's welfare and safety.
Andrey Voronenko is 4'10", 70 lbs., brown hair, green eyes, last seen wearing a navy polo with pink stripes, grey pants and blue and grey tennis shoes, and a dark navy raincoat.
Alexey Voronenko is 6'2", 300 lbs., brown greying hair, blue eyes and has a mustache.
Alexey is believed to be driving a dark grey, four door, 2007 Honda Accord with tinted windows a sunroof, and Texas plates CKK3638
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Alexey or Andrey Voroneko should call 360-696-4461 or 911.
