August 11, 2014, Washington County Sheriff's Property Crime Detectives are searching for a stolen 1931 Ford Model A. Detectives are searching for the car and the people responsible for stealing it.

On July 15, 2014, Sheriff's Deputies began investigating a reported stolen Model A rumble-seat coupe from the 19400 Block of SW McCormick Hill Road in the community of Laurel, south of Hillsboro. The owner said the car was parked in his driveway when it was stolen earlier that morning. It is not known whether the car was driven or towed from the residence.
