On 5-13-14 at about 2:00 pm a female victim was shopping at the Rite Aid in Wilsonville, looking at items on the shelf. She felt something touch her leg and saw there was a man crouched down behind her taking a picture with his cellular phone camera up her skirt. The man was detained by store employees and later arrested by Wilsonville Police and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail for Harassment.
On 5-14-14 a deputy familiar with an investigation on an incident from May 3rd noticed a connection between the cases. On May 3rd a female victim was in the Fred Meyer in Wilsonville when she was approached by a man who was aggressively trying to talk with her. The woman made it very clear that she was not interested and got into her car telling him to stop and go away. The woman's car window was partially open and he told her to unlock her door and then reached into the car even as she was driving away. She rolled her window onto his hand to cause him to remove the hand from the window.
Store security footage was obtained by police that captured an image of the suspect in this second case. When the deputy saw the picture of the suspect from the 5-13-14 incident he saw that this was the same person, and that in fact he was wearing the same t-shirt in both incidents.
The suspect had been released on the 5-13-14 incident, so deputies went to the suspect's work and arrested him for Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle and Harassment.
The suspect is: Trenado Trejo, Artemio
Age: 24
5'6" tall, 180 lbs
Brown Eyes, Black Hair
Investigators are concerned that there may be other victims of this suspect. It is requested that anyone with information contact non-emergency dispatch at 503-655-8211.
