ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: ODOT crews, plowing and sanding I-5 throughout the night, have been successful in removing snow and ice from the highway in Linn County and reaching bare pavement. As a result, chain requirements have been removed on I-5 between mileposts 209 and 244. Chain requirements remain in effect on I-5 on parts of Lane, Douglas, Josephine and Jackson counties.
