PGE: PGE crews responded to an outage Sunday morning affecting about 9,800 customers in Wood Village, Troutdale and Fairview. An apparent equipment failure at our substation in Fairview led to the outage beginning at around 6:40 a.m. All customers were restored by around 10 a.m. Crews are conducting an investigation to pinpoint the cause. PGE appreciates its customers' patience as crews worked to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
