American Red Cross - Oregon Region: Responders are assisting two adults with five dogs after a fire in the 5000 block of NE 109the Ave damaged their home in Portland. Red Cross provided food, lodging, comfort kits, clothing, seasonal garments, and information about mental health services. Trauma Intervention Program staff also responded.
