Washington County Violent Crimes Unit Detectives have identified the fourth suspect in this home invasion robbery. Detectives identified Dylan Thomas Trotter, 20, from Hillsboro (photo attached) as the fourth suspect. Detectives believe Mr. Trotter may currently be staying in the Eugene area. There are warrants for Mr. Trotter's arrest. The warrants are for the same four charges previously listed for the other three suspects in this case. Deputies Arrest Three Men in Home Invasion Robbery

On November 23, 2012 at 11:49 p.m., Washington County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the Rock Creek apartments concerning a robbery. The apartments are at NW 185th Avenue and NW Rock Creek Boulevard. This is in the community of Rock Creek, an area of the Enhanced Sheriff's Patrol District (ESPD).

The investigation revealed that four men unlawfully entered the 20-year-old victim's apartment through an unlocked sliding glass door while he was home alone. Three of the men were known to the victim. Deputies were told the intruders assaulted the victim rendering him unconscious. When the victim regained consciousness, he said the four men were stealing property from his residence. The victim reported electronics and marijuana were among the items stolen.

Within seven hours Sheriff's Deputies tracked down and arrested three of the four suspects involved in the robbery. Deputies arrested Xavier Mitchell and Kei-Jian Buckley both 18, from Hillsboro. Also arrested was Stanley Armitage 18, from Beaverton. They are each charged with First Degree Robbery, First Degree Burglary, Felony Assault in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. They are all lodged in the Washington County Jail each of them held on $250,000 bail.

There is a fourth suspect that has not been located. There is limited information available concerning his identity or whereabouts. Washington County Violent Crimes Unit Detectives are assisting with this case. Detectives are seeking the public's help regarding this case.
