CCSO: DRIVER DIES IN SINGLE CAR CRASH ON SE LAWRENCE ROAD NEAR ESTACADA

On 11/29/12, at about 8:15 p.m. Clackamas 911 received a report of a serious injury single car crash on SE Lawrence Road near SE Coupland Road, near Estacada.
Clackamas County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived and found a single car crash, with the male driver dead and partially ejected.
The car was a green 2000 Ford Ranger pickup.
The Estacada Fire Department provided assistance at the scene.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The Clackamas County Medical Examiner responded and took possession of the body. They will determine a cause of death.
The driver was an adult male. The name will be released after his family has been notified.
The cause of the crash is unknown. It is unknown if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
