ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: All lanes are now open on the US 101: Astoria-Megler Bridge. The bridge reopened during the noon hour, after ODOT engineers inspected the remaining panels of work decks used by painters. Some of the panels became detached during high winds last night, forcing the temporary closure of the bridge.
