ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: UPDATE
One lane of traffic is open on U.S. 30 following a semi rollover at the Lewis and Clark Bridge in Ranier (milepost 49). One lane is open going eastbound. The eastbound off ramp from the bridge is closed. Washington traffic into Oregon is being detoured westbound on U.S. 30 Motorists should expect delays. UPDATE
