On 08-28-12 a Clackamas County Grand Jury indicted 47-year-old Garry Allen Clausen (DOB 04-04-65) on felony criminal charges involving two juvenile victims of Sex Abuse.

Milwaukie Police arrested Clausen on 08-22-12 and lodged him at the Clackamas County Jail on 8 counts of Sex Abuse II. Detectives began a criminal investigation in April of 2012 after receiving information Clausen had inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old female.

Detectives had also been investigating allegations involving a second female victim. The second victim, the step-daughter of Clausen, contacted media soon after Clausen's arrest on August 22. She came forward on August 23 and spoke briefly with media about her ordeal hoping it would encourage others with information to contact police.

Information about these two cases was presented to a Clackamas County grand jury. The grand jury indicted Garry Allen Clausen on 8 counts of Sexual Abuse II (ORS 163.425), 5 counts of Sexual Abuse I (ORS 163.427), and 3 counts of Using Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct (ORS 163.670). All the indictments are felonies.

Milwaukie Police Detectives are concerned there may be additional victims who have yet to come forward. Detectives urge anyone with information concerning Garry Allen Clausen or this investigation to contact the Milwaukie Police Department at 503-786-7446.
