TWO SUBJECTS SENTENCED FOR VICTIMIZING THE SAME 13 YEAR OLD FEMALE

Stoner and Kachel victimized the same 13 year old female. The incidents were two separate incidents and neither were by force. The victim knew both subjects prior to the incidents.
Tyson Stoner, DOB: 02/29/92 plead guilty to Attempted Rape 2 and was sentenced to 16 months in prison. When released he will have to register as a Sex offender and be on post prison supervision for 4 years.
Warren Kachel DOB: 10/9/92 plead guilty to two (2) counts of Attempted Rape 2 and was sentenced to 27 months in prison. When released he will have to register as a Sex offender and be on post prison supervision for 4 years.
