ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: OR 228 (Halsey-Sweet Home Hwy.) remains closed following an earlier fatal crash approximately three miles east of Brownsville. A law enforcement investigation is still underway. An 8.5 mile detour remains in place using Courtney Creek Road.
