American Red Cross - Oregon Region: Volunteers are responding to a disaster in the 1800 block of Welau Drive in Lowell, OR where a single family fire displaced three adults and four children. Red Cross provided humanitarian assistance, free of charge, including food, clothing, comfort kits and lodging. There was also a referral to health services for replacement of medications.
