On Sunday July 15, 2012 at 1:39am, Washington County Deputies responded to a reported fight in front of the PDX Hookah Bar, in the community of Raleigh Hills, which is located in the Enhanced Sheriff Patrol District (ESPD). Upon arrival, deputies encountered a chaotic scene. Deputies learned, an 18-year-old man was attacked and assaulted by two other men. 22-year-old Mujo Salava and 20-year-old Eldin Seferovic both of Vancouver Washington are alleged to have assaulted the 18-year-old victim.
Witnesses told deputies the victim was attacked for talking to Mr. Salavas' girlfriend. Witnesses report that during the assault, Mr. Salava took the victim to the ground and hit him several times. While on the ground, Mr. Seferovic joined the attack and kicked the victim in the face.
The victim was transported to St. Vincent by a friend. He sustained serious, but not life threatening injuries due to the attack.
Both Mr. Salava and Mr. Seferovic were arrested for Assault II and Harassment. They were lodged into the Washington County Jail on $250,000 bail.
