TRAFFIC ALERT HWY 43 BOTTLENECK

A disabled vehicle has traffic snarled on Highway 43 near Dillow Drive. Traffic is down to one lane with flaggers and is backed up almost to Lake Oswego southbound. Please try alternate routes. The delay is expected to last until about 6:30 pm
