On July 31, Patrick Lamb will perform at The Round Fountain Plaza (12600 SW Crescent Street, adjacent to the Beaverton Central light rail station) from 5-8 p.m.

Nominated for a Grammy in 2007, Lamb's music is steeped in Southern blues and jazz. He has performed with groups that opened for BB King and played with G.C. Cameron, formerly with the Temptations.

"Patrick Lamb's energy and talent promises to captivate the crowd at Beaverton Last Tuesday," said Mayor Denny Doyle. "These popular performances at The Round help build community by bringing us together."

To make each night a true celebration of the arts, dance demonstrations will be presented during band intermissions. Painted Sky/Northstar Dance Company (honoring Native American culture) will perform on July 31 and the Kalabharathi School of Dance (East Indian dance) will perform on Aug. 28.

Restaurants Mio Sushi and Mingo's will offer indoor and outdoor dining, while artists display their work (available for purchase) throughout the plaza.

Beaverton Last Tuesday is made possible thanks to support from New Seasons, Pepita's Mexican Cuisine, The Round, Artisan Renovations, The Oregonian, Beaverton Arts Foundation, Beaverton Arts Commission and the city of Beaverton.
