ODOT: PDX, Mt. Hood: ODOT has temporarily opened the westbound I-84 ramp to southbound I-5 and the 99E/Morrison Bridge/City Center exit. Crews resurfacing the south end of the I-5 repaving project must take a safety rest after working all night. The ramp will close again at 6 pm Sunday. I-5 south remains closed at the Fremont Bridge as crews continue resurfacing project. The one-mile stretch of southbound freeway will re-open by 5 am Monday.
