American Red Cross - Oregon Region: Disaster Action Team volunteers responded to a single-family house fire at 3:30 a.m. this morning. The fire occurred in the 3000 block of SE Pelton Ave in Troutdale and displaced two adults and one pet. Red Cross provided humanitarian assistance of food, lodging and comfort kits.
