One person was seriously injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 211 and Canby-Marquam Highway west of Molalla. Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation and will release names later this evening.

The Toyota's driver was transported by LifeFlight to Oregon Health & Sciences University for treatment of serious injuries.

The pickup's driver, a 24-year old woman from Hubbard, received minor injury but was not transported for treatment.

Safety restraint use is pending confirmation.

Senior Trooper Jeff Leighty is the lead investigator. OSP was assisted at the scene by Molalla Police Department, Molalla Fire Department, and Monitor Rural Fire District. The highway was partially blocked during the incident response and investigation.
