Plane crashes at Pearson Air Park in Vancouver

PLANE CRASHES AT PEARSON AIR PARK IN VANCOUVER

On 6/27/2012 at 1607 hours members of the Vancouver Fire Department and Vancouver Police Department responded to Pearson Air Park, located at 105 E Reserve in Vancouver Washington, for a single engine airplane crash. Upon emergency responders arrival they located a single engine airplane in a field to the northwest of the airstrip. Witnesses and bystanders were performing CPR on one of the two adult male occupants when medical personnel arrived and took over. One male was transported to an area hospital and the other male was deceased at the scene. Names are not being released at this time pending notification of next of kin. Any further information regarding this incident will be released by the NTSB. V12-10275.
