FATAL TRAFFIC CRASH - HIGHWAY 20 NEAR HARPER IN MALHEUR COUNTY

Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers are beginning the investigation fatal traffic crash late Sunday morning on Highway 20 west of Vale in Malheur County. OSP was notified of the crash at approximately 11:45 a.m. near milepost 225 and there is partial highway blockage.
