Oregon State Police: Correction: Winter driving conditions causing some problems in Salem area on Interstate 5 and secondary roads. A jackknifed commercial truck is blocking a couple southbound lanes on Interstate 5 near milepost 249. Tow trucks enroute to assist that truck and another truck in area having traction problems. No serious crashes reported. Drivers are cautioned to be prepared for these conditions and to monitor media reports and ODOT's website www.TripCheck.com before leaving home for weather and road information. UPDATE
