ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: A disabled semi is blocking one lane of OR 126E (McKenzie Hwy) between Vida and Blue River at milepost 34. A tow truck has been dispatched. One lane of travel is being flagged through the area. Motorists should expect delays and be prepared for severe winter driving conditions on most Lane County roads and highways.
