ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) remains restricted to a single lane near milepost 16, between Toledo and Eddyville in Lincoln County. Approximately 100 gallons of mineral oil have spilled along approximately a half mile length of the highway. A clean-up crew is on scene. Motorists should expect 10-20 minute delays for an extended period of time as traffic is flagged through the entire spill area. UPDATE
