ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) is restricted to a single lane at milepost 16, between Toledo and Eddyville in Lincoln County. Approximately 100 gallons of mineral oil have spilled on the highway. A clean-up crew has been dispatched. Motorists should expect delays as traffic is flagged through the area.
