ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: A head on crash six miles east of Woodburn has closed Highway 211 in the Rural Dell Area. A fatality has been confirmed. The highway will be closed for an investigation and possible reconstruction. Detours have been set up. Eastbound from Scott Road to Kropf Road and westbound Kropf Road to Scott Road will bypass accident and get motorists back on Highway 211. Expect delays. UPDATE
