ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: A head on crash six miles east of Woodburn has closed Highway 211 in the Rural Dell Area. A fatality has been confirmed. The highway will be closed for an investigation and possible reconstruction. The eastbound detour has been set up at Barlow Road. Expect long delays.
