ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) is now open to one lane of travel at mile post 24, east of Eddyville, after blast debris fell on the highway. A construction blast resulted in earth and rock on the roadway. The partial closure will likely remain in effect until 3:30 p.m. UPDATE
