ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) is closed at mile post 24, east of Eddyville, due to debris on the highway. A construction blast has resulted in earth and rock on the roadway. The closure will likely last until 3:30 p.m. Vehicles under 12-feet in height can detour around the closure by using OR 180. Overheight vehicles will be turned around at the closure. UPDATE
