PGE AND PSU BRING FILMMAKER CHRIS PAINE TO PORTLAND JAN 27-28

- Director of "Who Killed the Electric Car" and upcoming "Revenge of the Electric Car" brings important message to Portland -

WHO: In their continued partnership around sustainable transportation, Portland General Electric and Portland State University are bringing acclaimed electric vehicle filmmaker Chris Paine to Portland. Paine is director of "Who Killed the Electric Car?" and the soon-to be released "Revenge of the Electric Car".

WHAT: PGE and PSU are bringing Paine to Portland in conjunction with the Portland International Auto Show and EV Roadmap 3, a one-day conference hosted by PGE and PSU focusing on preparing Oregon for transportation electrification.

WHEN AND WHERE:
Thursday, Jan 27, 6 – 7:30 p.m. Lecture with Chris Paine at PSU Lincoln Hall, corner of SW Broadway and SW Market St. Free and open to the public.

Friday, Jan 28, 12:15 -1:15 p.m. Keynote speech from Chris Paine at EV Roadmap, a one-day conference and workshop at the Oregon Convention Center from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Registration required at https://foundation.pdx.edu/way2go/

Friday, Jan. 28, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., Paine will make an appearance and sign autographs at PGE's booth in the Eco Center at the Portland International Auto Show.
