ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: All lanes of I-5 southbound at milepost 267 are back open after they were blocked by smoke from a roadside fire. The backup will take a while to clear through, so drivers heading south on I-5 in the Woodburn area should be prepared for short delays for the next hour or so. UPDATE
