ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: OR 99W remains closed at milepost 105, between Junction City and Monroe. An overturned semi is blocking the highway. Expect lengthy closure. Commercial traffic southbound will detour onto Territorial Rd. in Monroe and travel to OR36 then to OR99. Commercial traffic northbound will be detoured onto OR99E at Junction City. Northbound passenger vehicles can use the OR36 to Territorial Rd. detour. UPDATE
