In the early morning hours of November 4, 2015 an unidentified white male entered a car in the Hidden Springs Neighborhood and stole a wallet with credit cards and identification. Within hours the subject went on a shopping spree in the Portland area charging over $1200 on the victim's cards before they were cancelled.

He is driving a late 1990's to early 2000's silver BMW Z3 convertible with a black top and stock wheels. The subject was seen in the area looking in cars by several residents but no call was made to the police.
"We really need for people to trust their instincts. If you see someone being suspicious or lurking in your neighborhood please call us. Do not try and reason your suspicion away". Said West Linn Police Chief Terry Timeus.
