ORCHARDS ASSAULT REPORTED VICTIM IDENTIFIED

Victim of assault identified:
Anonte Rydberg a 56 year old Vancouver resident was identified as the person who was assaulted during this incident. There has been no suspects named or arrests made. The investigation is on-going. The victims injuries are not considered life threatening.
On 11-18-15 Clark County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to 6007 NE 105th ave. on a report of a physical disturbance. Arriving deputies found a male, who does not live at the address suffering from a head wound. Initial reports indicated the victim was struck in the head with a pipe. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Clark County Major Crimes unit is investigating this assault. There is currently no suspect information. The victims identity is being withheld at this time.
There is no additional information available. Nor will any be released until after 11:00 tomorrow morning.
