Gresham, Ore. - According to police detectives, travel trailers and other recreational vehicles at Blue Dog RV, 1990 E. Powell Blvd., Gresham, have been the target of at least 20 burglaries in the past three days. The thieves have mainly targeted the vehicle's flat screen televisions.

Investigators are still compiling reports, finding the business has been victimized even more in the past several months at an approximate loss of $250,000, including the theft of at least one trailer.

Working under the cover of darkness like the thieves they are trying to catch, detectives watched the location last night and caught one man, Gresham resident Conrad Conn Herrera. Around 3:00 a.m., detectives confronted Herrera, 38, after he broke into a trailer and walked out with a 36in Hisense television.

With Herrera in custody, police believe there are other suspects yet to be identified. Anyone who has information about the burglaries is asked to call the Gresham Police tip line at 503.618.2719.

Herrera will be booked into Multnomah County Detention Center on three counts of Burglary in the Second Degree, five counts of Attempt Burglary in the Second Degree, and one count of Theft in the Second Degree.
