On October 2nd, Portland Police notified Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) that employee and Tennis Center Director Zachary Rouse had been arrested.

Rouse has worked for the bureau since late August, 2014. Portland Parks & Recreation is fully cooperating with Portland Police on this ongoing investigation. Rouse is currently on paid administrative leave.
PP&R recognizes the serious nature of these charges but also that the investigation is ongoing. We will have no further comments at this time.
