Gresham, Ore. - Gresham Police is asking for the public's assistance in locating a wanted man and a stolen dog. The incident occurred on September 11, 2015 when a man named Osarch Orak stole a 58 year old Gresham woman's companion dog, a five year old Blue Pomeranian named Blue Bear. Orak is an acquaintance of the victim. He is 38 years old, 5-feet-6-inches tall and 175 pounds, with a shaved head. He is known to frequent the Portland area as well as Astoria.
