Gresham, Ore.- At approximately 2:00 AM on October 7, 2015 a specialty aquarium supply shop, Saltwater Obsessions, was burglarized. The shop is located at 1204 NE 8th street in Gresham. Some aquarium supplies, an undisclosed amount of cash and a business van were taken during the burglary. At around 5:00 AM the owner reported the burglary and provided the license plate and description of the van. The van was distinct in that it has the business information and graphics on the side.

At approximately 8:35 AM a Gresham Police Sergeant spotted the very distinctly marked van near the intersection of NE 181st and NE Barr road. He followed it to a parking lot in the 700 block of NE 181st avenue while other officers responded to the area. They stopped the van and confirmed that it was the same one that was reported stolen a few hours earlier. Two Portland residents, 26-year-old Samuel Jebediah Graziano and 27-year-old Kao Lay Saechao, were inside the car. Detectives responded and interviewed both men and as a result both were arrested. Graziano was lodged at MCDC on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor level). Saechao was lodged at MCDC for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.
