Gresham, Ore. - Matthew Alan Tallmadge, 35, was arrested today at his Damascus, Ore., home in the 22300 block of SE Bohna Park Rd., accused of sexually abusing two teenage girls and creating child pornography.
Gresham detectives believe Tallmadge met the 16 and 17-year-old victims as a drug dealer who supplied juveniles with methamphetamines and other illicit drugs at underage parties in Multnomah County. He then continued his unlawful contacts in Multnomah and Clackamas counties, sexually abusing select victims and supplying them with additional drugs.
As part of the abuse, Tallmadge photographed the victims in sexually explicit displays; creating child pornography. The total number of children abused by Tallmadge and whether or not he shared the pornographic images with others is still under investigation.
Anyone who was victimized by Tallmadge or has pertinent information about him is asked to call the Gresham Police tip line at 503.618.2719.
