VANCOUVER POLICE INTRODUCES ONLINE OPTIONS FOR SECURITY ALARM USERS

Vancouver, Wash. - The Vancouver Police Department has a new option for business and residential security alarm users to manage their account online. Security alarm users can register their security alarm, pay alarm permit fees, appeal false alarm penalties and contact customer service via this new online option.
New users should visit crywolf@cityofvancouver.us to apply for their permit. Existing alarm can begin managing their account and get email updates by contacting CityVPDAlarmUnit@cityofvancouver.us to get their online account set up.
Anyone who operates a security alarm in their home or business is required to get a permit from the Vancouver Police Department (VMC 8.52).
